Order a cake

Tamás László, head of our pastry kitchen created the Platán signature cake, inspired by Platán flavors and the one of a kind environment. The base of the cake is a buttery pistachio sponge cake, with a pistachio cracker layer, with popping candy, champagne jelly made from Platán Champagne J. de Telmont, raspberry cream and Valrhona white chocolate mousse. The cake is decorated with a white chocolate icing and pistachio sponge.

A crisp disc of black sesame marzipan topped with pomegranate purée—resting on a long pepper and lime zest pastry base—is encased in a black sesame mousse shaped like a candied violet pebble. It is finished with a striped white chocolate coating.
