IN JANUARY 2022, ANOTHER UNIT OF PLATÁN OPENED, PLATÁN PÉK
Our goal was to establish a bakery where high-quality sourdough breads and bakery products are available. The location of the bakery carries a significant message, as a bakery operated in the building housing the store from the 1800s until it was nationalized. In this spirit, we continue this craft with all our attention and passion.
Our bakers carefully prepare the breads from sourdough, flour, salt and water. In addition to bread, Platán Pék offers baguettes, cinnamon and cocoa rolls, salty and buttery muffins, seeded buns, pretzels and many sweet delicacies, such as traditional pies.
